Hardik Pandya on track for Afghanistan T20Is and IPL

There were reports earlier suggesting that Hardik Pandya might be sidelined for the upcoming months due to his prolonged ankle injury, raising the possibility of his absence in 2024 season of the Indian Premier League. The ankle injury occurred during India's 2023 ODI World Cup league match against Bangladesh in Pune in November, leading to Hardik being withdrawn from the remainder of the World Cup, which was held in India, and the subsequent tour of South Africa.
